This Privacy Policy explains how Proscaling LLC ("we", "us"), operator of the Aluna app at alunareset.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data.

1. Data we collect

Your assessment answers — how you sleep, how tense you feel, your goals and daily habits. We use them only to build and adjust your plan.
Contact details — your email address and first name.
Purchase data — handled by our authorized merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — device and browser information, screens viewed, actions taken, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies — for essential functionality, analytics and measuring advertising performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

2. Health-related answers

🔒 Some of your answers relate to how you sleep or feel. We treat them with particular care: they are used only to personalize your plan and improve the product, they are never sold, and they are never used to make any medical determination about you.

3. How we use your data

To create your personalized plan and deliver the service.
To process purchases, renewals and refunds through our merchant of record.
To send service emails and — only with your consent — tips and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To analyze and improve our product and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Legal bases

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering your plan), your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies, health-related answers), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the service) and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Aluna: our merchant of record (payments), hosting and infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and advertising platforms for campaign measurement — each under contract and only as needed. We may also disclose data when required by law.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Aluna is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
