These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aluna, a wellness application available at alunareset.com and operated by Proscaling LLC ("Proscaling", "we", "us"). By using Aluna you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Aluna is owned and operated by Proscaling LLC, a company registered in the United States, with address 7030 S US Hwy 17-92, Fern Park, Florida, USA. You can reach us at care@alunareset.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aluna. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Aluna is — and what it isn't

🌙 Important: Aluna provides general wellbeing content — guided breathing, movement and relaxation routines informed by published research on vagal tone. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional about any medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read or practised in Aluna. If you feel unwell during a routine, stop and seek medical help.

4. Your plan and your answers

Your personalized plan is generated from the answers you provide in our assessment. The assessment is an educational self-check, not a clinical diagnosis, and any scores or levels it displays are indicative only. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Aluna is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. The plan length, introductory price and standard renewal price are always displayed at checkout before you pay. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the standard price shown at purchase. Payments are processed by our authorized merchant of record, identified at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing care@alunareset.com; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Money-Back Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell or redistribute our content; access the service by unauthorized means; scrape or reverse-engineer it; or use it for any unlawful purpose. Your access is personal and non-transferable.

9. Intellectual property

All content, routines, software and trademarks in Aluna are owned by or licensed to Proscaling LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own wellbeing.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Aluna is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proscaling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use Aluna after the changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
